- Advising a top tier French bank on loan restructuring of the facility agreements wortth USD 200,000,000 provided for a top global gold and silver producer listed on Astana International Exchange and Moscow Stock Exchange to financing the projects among the clean transportation, renewable energy efficiency and sustainable waste and water management projects contributing sustainability goals and actions against climate change.
- Advising a top tier Dutch bank on loan restructuring of the facility agreement worth USD 300,000,000 provided for a group of companies of the German supplier of agricultural machinery including its Kazakh subsidiary.
Regulatory Compliance
- Advising a division of an American multinational company, which is one of the world leaders in the consumer goods production, on various legislation issues.
- Advising a local representative office of Pfizer on various issues of the company’s activities in Kazakhstan.
- Advising Merck Group as to the Kazakhstan legislative regulations on information campaigns, ethical promotion of medicines and antitrust issues.
