Mr. Almen's areas of specialization are corporate, labor, migration legislation, and general issues of law. He is mostly focused on comprehensive legal support of the clients' activities in Kazakhstan.
Yerbol is experienced in advising on different business aspects, including pharmaceutical and bankruptcy issues and registration of legal entities in the AIFC. He also advised in the sphere of migration legislation on the issues of obtainment of permits and visas of different categories.
In the labor law sphere, Yerbol has experience in drafting of employment documents, internal regulations and non-compete agreements. He advises clients on the issues of compliance of internal regulations with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Mr. Almen actively advises clients on the issues of setting up, registering and doing business in Kazakhstan and in the AIFC jurisdiction. He regularly participates in due diligence of companies from different economy sectors.

- Advising on the issues of registration,
re-registration and liquidation of companies with foreign participation, branches and representative offices of foreign companies. - Drafting of constituent documents and internal regulations to govern the companies' activities.
