Ius Laboris: Impact Week 2023
Member firms of Ius Laboris from all corners of the globe - including ours - are coming together to make a difference in the first Impact Week 2023.
Throughout this week, Ius Laboris member firms are participating in charitable activities within their respective countries. The aim of this Week is to dedicate a week to meaningful charitable activities that transcend borders and inspire lasting change. As part of Ius Laboris, we are engaging in Impact Week 2023 by organizing an interactive lecture read by AEQUITAS Associate, Kirill Greshnikov and Senior Associate Larissa Yemelyanova, for the senior students of the Law Faculty of Caspian University located in Almaty.
The lecture has been read today and addressed one of the most topical issues of application of artificial intelligence in business and its regulation. During the lecture, Kirill and Larissa discussed the issues, as follows:
- What is artificial intelligence (AI)?
- Use of AI in the legal sphere
- Regulation if AI in Kazakhstan and abroad
- Legal issues of the use of AI
- Ethical issues of the use of AI
- Examples of using AI by major international companies
We have chosen this form of participation because we are sure that the most valuable treasure of people is knowledge.
