Workshop: New Administrative Procedure Code
2 December 2021 marked the workshop in Almaty dedicated to the review of new provisions and changes in the Administrative Procedure Code. The key speaker of the event was Roman A. Podoprigora, doctor of law, professor with Adilet Higher Law School, director of Public Law Research Institute under the Caspian University, and a member of the Research Advisory Council under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to AEQUITAS lawyer development program, Anton Alexeyev and Farukh Iminov attended the workshop. They mastered the key nuances of governmental administration and relations between the citizens, organizations and the state, and got an opportunity to apply them in practice and avoid mistakes in the understanding and application of two most important institutes of public governance.
Anton noted of an excellent approach of the teacher in presenting the complex and new material, as well as the relevance of the knowledge gained.
