Senior Associate Larissa Yemelyanova attended the annual congress of Ius Laboris 2023 (ILAC2023).
This year the event gathered more than 200 professional lawyers in Athens.
The delegates were offered to visit several sessions dedicated to a wide range of branches and practices. One of the key topics was the work in the metaverse. After the pandemic, hybrid and remote work became a new normal. Now, the appearance of the metaverse points the way to greater changes in the world of labor, offering flexibility which comes along with the unlimited virtual reality.
