On 24 August 2023, Astana hosted the discussion forum "Successful business strategy through the prism of taxation and judicial proceedings", which was attended by AEQUITAS lawyer Kristina Mychka.
Kristina shares that the forum was very helpful and informative, and the discussion form of the forum allowed discussing and elaborating on the uniform vision of further development of the tax law and the sphere of judicial proceedings to improve business environment. Ms. Mychka specifically mentioned the interesting section dedicated to tax inspections and desk audit.
