Ius Laboris: Workplace health and safety training

Ius Laboris member from Italy, Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo Law Firm presented the new article in connection with the UN World Health Day on April 7. The author notes that there is one way employers can protect their employees' health and wellbeing at work is through regular training, which is what the article is dedicated to. This publication contains the analysis of training duties for employers in Italy, and the position in other 5 countries, including Kazakhstan.
