Ardak Idayatova partook in the XIII International Arbitration Conference
On 2 December 2021, Ardak Idayatova, AEQUITAS Partner and Head of the firm's infrastructure and PPP practice, partook in the XIII International Conference "Russia as a place for dispute resolution: new era of international arbitration" organized by the Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce – World Business Organization (ICC Russia).
The Conference traditionally took place in Moscow with the support of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. The Conference allowed the leading international experts analyzing the novelties brought together with COVID-19, including the origination of new regulations, approaches and digital products in international arbitration. The key speaker was the President of the ICC International Court Claudia T. Solomon who assumed the office on 1 July 2021 and spoke on crucial changes in the Court's activities and its achievements.
The key purpose of this event is to create an opportunity to support the development of arbitration proceedings and international commercial arbitration in Russian and the CIS countries, promote Russia as a place for dispute resolution and Russian arbitrators at the national and international levels.
