Ardak Idayatova and Zhandaulet Sholanov participated in the practical course associated with use of PPP mechanisms
On 24-25 February 2022, the two-day training "Specifics of applying the mechanisms of public-private partnership to develop infrastructure" where participated AEQUITAS Partner and head of the firm's Infrastructure and PPP Practice, Ardak Idayatova, and Associate, Zhandaulet Sholanov, took place in Bishkek
The training was conducted by an excellent lawyer and speaker Denis Kachkin, Managing Partner and Head of Infrastructure and PPP Practice at Kachkin & Partners Law Firm.
Participants of the practical course noted the importance of such events with intensive study of the theme, as well as useful and interesting matters under discussion. In particular, our colleagues shared their opinion on the practical course "Additionally to Kazakhstan associates, associates from the leading law firms of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan participated in the practical course, which allowed us to learn more about experience of PPP practice in neighboring jurisdictions and diversify the discussion under the practical course. We liked the presentation and not only learned a lot new about the history of PPP in the world but worked on the practical cases and reviewed ins and outs of the legislation of neighboring countries".
