AEQUITAS Partner, Natalya Braynina, supervising over the firm's antimonopoly practice has been elected as a member of the Competition Protection Counsel under the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Atameken.»
NCE «Atameken» is a non-profit organization designed to enhance the negotiation power of business with the Government and public authorities. The Chamber represents the interests of small, medium and large businesses and it covers all areas of business, including internal and external trade.
The Counsel is composed of the representatives of ministries and departments, RK Parliament deputies, representatives of entrepreneurs professional associations and partners and associates of the leading law firms.
Natalya Braynina also represents Kazakhstan in Non-Commercial Partnership «Competition Support in CIS Countries,» a leading expert platform for discussing and forming antimonopoly policy issues in the territory of CIS member states. The members of the Partnership are leading antimonopoly experts representing independent law firms and businesses from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine.
